The last baby...

"The one, where Franki's youngest starts middle school!"

As he walks away to board the bus, I get a tickle in my throat.

My last baby is getting on the bus for his first day of middle school.

First-day pictures were done early and begrudgingly and nowhere near the bus stop where a friend might see.

I may get a wave or a nod…
